Bev works with clients and colleagues to design and conduct planning and strategy meetings, retreats, leadership seminars and workshops. Events are tailored to clients’ individual and organizational needs in the context of Clearways Consulting’s philosophies and values.
Many of Clearway’s program designs integrate Bev’s focus on productivity and balance to enhance individual skills, energize teams and promote clients goals and outcomes. Recently, for example, Bev created a leadership development and coaching program for managers within an international organization. Participants gave top ratings not only to the program’s six half-day seminars but also to the accompanying opportunity for executive coaching. (To see the modules created for those seminars, click here).
When it is the best way to meet a client’s needs, Bev calls on partners with field-specific communications, organizational behavior and strategy development expertise to enrich program content.

Occasionally, Clearways workshops and retreats take place at Bev’s country home, Buckeye Farm, about two hours from Washington D.C. While guests stay at nearby inns, there is plenty of room for meetings to take place in the beautiful Virginia farmhouse with a sweeping view of Old Rag Mountain. The Farm’s gardens, encompassing much of the surrounding 45 acres, represent 15 years of planning and planting, and are themselves a striking metaphor for the outcomes possible when work and life are approached with balance and determination. The house and garden have been featured in several magazines and lifestyle blogs.
